Cities4Life wants the “What Would You Say?” posts to be as interactive as possible. Not only is this good practice for thinking on your feet during everyday encounters you might have with people who oppose your worldview, but it is also good training for those who want to do Frontline Ministry outside of abortion mills. And remember, scripture addresses the root of these problems.
“I don’t want an abortion. I need an abortion. I’m 19 and pregnant and not married. I am from a very religious family and I would be so ashamed if anyone found out I was having a baby out of wedlock, my friends and family don’t even know I’m sexually active. I know that adoption is an option for women in my situation, but I can’t face the shame and the disappointment of everyone I know. I know I am being selfish, but being pregnant, having a child would be my own scarlet letter, I know myself, and I cannot face that for the rest of my life.”
