“FORT WORTH, TEXAS, March 30, 2012, (LifeSiteNews.com) – A worker in Fort Worth, Texas, walked off the job when he found out he was supposed to pour concrete footings for a new abortion clinic located next door to an adoption center.
The subcontractor said his religious beliefs kept him from helping to erect the $6.5 million, 19,000-square-foot facility, located at 6400 John Ryan Drive. He told local television station WFAA other workers at the site feel the same way.
“Texas Right to Life commends him for leaving the job,” Elizabeth Graham, the group’s director, told LifeSiteNews.com. “No one should be forced to participate in building a killing center.””
