What Would You Say…to Amy?

 |

Cities4Life wants the “What Would You Say” posts to be as interactive as possible. Not only is this good practice for thinking on your feet during everyday encounters you might have with people who oppose your worldview, but it is also good training for those who want to do Frontline Ministry outside of abortion mills. And remember, Scripture addresses the root of these problems.

After reading these REAL-LIFE statements and questions, please leave a comment as to how you would respond if you were face-to-face with Amy.

What Would YOU Say to Amy?

“I am a Christian! I’m going in there (abortion mill) to mind my own business. And that’s what you should be doing.”

Jesus said that “you are my friends if you do what I command.” He commands that we do not murder, especially someone innocent who depends on us for life at the moment. Jesus even became a baby once! He put Himself in the most vulnerable position because He wanted to save us! There were men who sought Jesus’ life when He was just a baby. The Christian life is not about saying a phrase and then going on and doing whatever you want at the time. And Jesus is not trying to make life miserable for you. His Commands give life. He doesn’t want death, for you or your baby. If you are a Christian, you must know something of the love of God for you, so why can’t you share that with your baby? What could be more rewarding than to be the one to explain to your child that God had a plan for them before they were born, and He stood with you to make the right decision? We are not here to frisk people as they go and demand that they are
Christians. We are here because we believe God made every specific individual life, and He doesn’t want any of them to be lost. He came to save life and
His followers seek to do as He does.

A Christian doesn’t mind her own business, she minds God’s business.

A Christian follows the Father’s plans in all she does and the Giver of Life doesn’t lead you into a place of death.

One Christian is to speak the Truth in love to another Christian when they are in error. We are to be our brother’s keeper!

I am standing out here sharing with you the heart and Word of God. A Christian’s conscience will be convicted by the Truth that abortion is murder, repent of the sin that led you to this place and run out as fast as possible.
